Online training, consisting of 3 sessions, designed for legal professionals who serve international clients, represent their firm at international conferences and meetings, go on a secondment or work with multicultural teams. After having followed the training: › you are aware of the intercultural differences that exist and you will be able to avoid over- simplification and stereotyping › you have obtained a lot of practical advice that will be directly helpful in specific intercultural settings › you have insight in the different levels of acceptance of intercultural differences and you will know how to navigate them › you know how internationally skilled you are and what to do to further develop these skills › you have been practicing through a substantial set of exercises to experience what you have learned
